Shipping policy

We want your order to reach you as quickly as possible.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery estimates
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days — Cost: TBC
Europe: 7–14 business days — Cost: TBC
Rest of world: 10–20 business days — Cost: TBC

These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Customs and import duties
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
